Optimize recordings for 3rd party video editing
Updated onArticleZoom allows users to download their video recordings and upload them to other cloud-hosting platforms such as Canvas, Mediasite, OneDrive, YouTube, etc.
However, there have been instances where an error or low quality streaming may occur when uploading or editing video (MP4) files on 3rd party sites. This is where enabling the "Optimize the recording for 3rd party video editor" feature might come in handy.

How to upgrade your version of Respondus 4

1. Select Help from the menu bar, click Check for Update, and click Get Update.
