Getting Started with Skype for Business
Introduction
Skype for Business (formerly Microsoft Office Communicator & Lync) is used for instant messaging and desktop sharing.
Signing into Skype for Business
Skype for Business should be installed on your workstation. If not, please submit a Footprints ticket to request it.
Note: You can submit a Footprints Ticket by logging into ACES and selecting the Employee Tab. You will find the link and help guide for Footprints on the right-hand side.
If Skype prompts you for a password, it is the same password you used for your Outlook Email. You can access this password by going to ACES>Employee Tab>Web Services>Personal Information>View Email Password.
