How to Access COVID-19 Remote Work Request and Uploading Documents
The COVID-19 Remote Work Request allows employees to request to work from home during the COVID-19 timeframe.
VPN connection is required to upload documents.
To access Covid-19 Remote Work Request
Navigate to our ACES portal by going to https://www.alamo.edu and clicking on Login to ACES.
Once you have successfully logged into ACES, click on Employee link from the portal menu.
On the employee page, click on the Web Services link then the Employee tab.
Click on the Covid-19 Remote Work Request link will be at the bottom.
Once you are on the Covid-19 Remote Work Request form, enter the following information:
- begin and end date
- select one of the reasons
- any documents can be uploaded by clicking on Click here to upload documents (Instructions on uploading documents into BDM)
Once completed click on Submit.
