If it has been awhile since you have used the SoftChalk Create desktop application to modify or create your SoftChalk lessons, you may be presented with a screen stating your account has expired.
To re-activate your SoftChalk Create, follow these steps:
- From the window that pops up that says your account has expired, select OK.
- In the other window that says "To activate SoftChalk Create...", select My Account is with an Enterprise Account.
- A new window will open; enter alamo.softchalkcloud.com for the URL as requested, making sure to also enter your Alamo Colleges SoftChalk Cloud login credentials.
- Click Register to finalize and re-activate your SoftChalk Create application.
