Re-Activating SoftChalk Cloud User Account
Updated onArticleIf it has been awhile since you have logged into the Alamo Colleges SoftChalk Cloud to modify or create new SoftChalk lessons, you may notice you no longer have access to your lessons and learning objects. Accounts that have shown no activity for a year or more are placed in Expired status.
To re-activate your Alamo Colleges SoftChalk Cloud user account, please take the following steps:
