You can view your tickets and service requests to track their progress. You may also be notified of status changes via email.
From the FootPrints dashboard, click on the Open Tickets tab.
For legacy Footprints, please visit: https://footprintslegacy.alamo.edu to submit requests to non-IT departments and teams.
The Closed Tickets tab will function in the same manner.
This tab will show all tickets that are open and will offer the ability to add or modify the information on the ticket or service request.
Select the ticket or service request to access the following attributes:
- To see all information about your request, click View [A]. The details pane appears in a new tab, showing all available information for your ticket. To view the latest updates made to the record by another user, click the Refresh button. To close the details pane, click the small x on the View tab.
- To see basic information about your ticket, click Preview Pane [B]. The Preview Pane opens at the bottom of the window, showing the top section of the ticket form.
- The Record Number [C] is a hyperlink that will open the ticket. To close the details pane, click the small x on the View tab.
