ACES is a secure portal that provides students, faculty, and staff with important software applications such as Canvas and Office 365. It is your all in one place to register for classes, access financial aid information, institutional email, and download Microsoft Office.

Logging into ACES

Use your username and password you should've set-up during orientation to login to ACES. It's important that before you login in, you verify with your supervisor or campus administrator to determine your login credentials.

Your ACES username should be the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name and a combination of numbers.  Contat your administrator for more information.

Example: John Garcia's username would be jgarcia123.

Your default password will be the first two letters of your last name, IN CAPS, followed by your birthdate in MMDDYY format.

Example: John Garcia was born on June 17, 1965. Therefore, he will use GA061765 to login.

Note: Your default password is used for the first time you login, then you will be instructed by ACES to change it.
