Copy New Quiz to Another Course
Updated onArticleAs an instructor, you can copy individual new quizzes in one course directly into any active course in which you are enrolled as an instructor. You can also send new quizzes to other instructors at your institution. When you copy a new quiz, any assets within that quiz (images, files, etc.) will be included in the file copy.

Overview
Updated onArticleCanvas has released New Quizzes, a new quizzing tool for Canvas that will replace the existing Classical Quizzes tool in foreseeable future. New Quizzes offers several new features and question types, and brings workflow improvements to what is commonly encountered in Canvas Quizzes. It also has a totally different look and feel from most current Canvas tools for both the teacher and the student.
Canvas has enabled New Quizzes in Canvas so that instructors can begin to familiarize themselves with the tool by experimenting in courses and/or using it for course activities.

New Analytics
Updated onArticleNew Analytics is a new feature within Canvas which provides improved analytics for tracking student data using an interactive chart or table. This feature allows instructors to gain a stronger understanding of student performance in order to help enhance student success.
Page views and participation metrics include an aggregate across all devices, including Canvas mobile apps.
New Analytics offers interactive graphical representation of subject data and provides a quick view of students’ achievement in a subject. Data is displayed in line graphs, with options to view data in a table. The visual elements make it easier to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data. Below is an example report.
