A channel is a collection of presentations grouped for organization. It categorizes related multimedia content, often based on themes, topics, courses, or other categories. For instance, if you have lectures for a course, create a course channel. It simplifies content access, and added presentations can be easily reached within the channel. Channels can have dedicated URLs for sharing the entire collection.
To create a channel, open My Media.
Click Sign in.
Login with ACES.
In the Mediasite home page, select Browse Channels > Add Channel.
Enter the required fields to create a channel.
Optional: Upload a thumbnail and customize Channel Functionality settings.
Click Create Channel.
