Office 365 is a productivity cloud that gives you access to applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive. Applications can be installed on a PC, laptop, or mobile device. OneDrive offers 1TB of cloud storage.
In this guide, you will learn how to sign into Office 365 with your student email.
Note: In order to sign into Microsoft Office, you will need your email password. Visit our guide on how to view your email password, so you don't run into any issues when you access your email. Once you've got your password, then return to this guide to sign into Office.
Once you are signed in, select Email.
Enter your @alamo.edu email address and click Next.
Optional: Choose to stay signed in, so you don't have to login every time and elect not to show this message again.
Enter the password you received from ACES.
Now you will be logged into your ACES email account.
From your ACES email, locate and select for the app launcher (grid) in the top left corner of the screen.
A menu will appear. Click the link that states Microsoft 365.
Success! You are now logged in to Microsoft and from this page, you can easily download Office 365 suite to your computer, or you may use the web applications.
