Adding Document Types

We recommend that changes be made and tested within your test site prior to making changes within production.

Adding Document Types requires elevated permissions with the BDM application. 

1. Open the Application you will be modifying.

2. Select the Fields tab.

3. Click on Document Type link. 

4. Click on User-Defined List button. 

5. Type the new Document Type name with the Item field. 

6. Click the Add button.  Click on OK button.

Add as many Items as needed before continuing. 

7. Click on Modify.

8. Click on Save.

Your menus should now be updated with your values.
