To be able to upload the certified document into BDM, you will have to convert them into Adobe PDF files. 

With the certified PDF open, click on File and then Print.

Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer in the Printer drop down menu.

Choose a file location, type a file name, and then click Save. 

Navigate to the saved file to be able to view it.
