The first time you access My Media, you will need to create your profile.
How to Create a My Media Profile
- Log into https://media.alamo.edu with your ACES credentials.
- A screen will appear for you to enter your name, email, and confirm your timezone. Be sure to enter your name as it appears in Banner and provide an official Alamo Colleges email address (i.e., @alamo.edu or @student.alamo.edu address), otherwise the system may not connect with your Canvas profile.
- Click the Continue button.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. (If you don't see it in a timely manner, please check the Junk E-mail folder.) Click the Continue to Mediasite button to verify your identity and proceed to the the platform.
Once your profile has been created, your My Media dashboard will display each time you log in.
