Editing Alertus Contact Information

Alertus is one of the Alamo Colleges District emergency response systems.  The Alertus Desktop Activator allows you to send an emergency alert to our campus police in case of an emergency.  

If you moved locations or incorrectly entered your contact information for Alertus, you have the ability to modify it through the Alertus Desktop Activator system tray icon.

Accessing Alertus Desktop Activator Settings

There are multiple ways to access the Alertus Panic Button or the Alertus Desktop Activator.

  1. It may be an icon in your system taskbar on the lower right-hand corner of your desktop.
  2. It may be a shortcut/icon on your desktop.
  3. It can be located using the Windows Search Feature.
right-click on icon and click settings

You will be prompted with the Contact Information form for you to edit.

Modify the necessary contact information and click Save.

Once you made the necessary changes, please click SAVE at the bottom.
