Sometimes to troubleshoot a problem you are having ITS needs to see the complete message that you received including the header information and as an attached item when possible.
Within Outlook in Windows
- Open the message you wish to forward.
- Click the More Respond Actions icon and select Forward as Attachment. The message is then attached in a new message. Type any needed information in the body of the message and click Send.
OR
- Start a new message.
- Select Attach Item from the toolbar.
- Select Outlook Item.
- Browse to the message you are inquiring about, and select it to attach it.
Within ACES Email and within Outlook for Mac
- Login to ACES.
- Start a new message.
- Select the email that you want to forward.
- Drag it and drop it into the body of your new message.
