Adding email on mobile devices (for employees)

The purpose of this document is to outline the information needed for employees to add their email on their mobile devices.  

The email password can be found within ACES on the Employee or Faculty page by clicking on Web Services. Within Web Services click on Personal Information and then View Email Password link.

Android Devices

1. Go to Apps and Open Settings 

2. Under Personal category click on Accounts & sync and tap on Add Account 

3. Select Microsoft Exchange 

4. Enter the following: 

a. email address: [email protected] 

b. password: Email password 

c. Domain: Root

d. Username: [email protected] 

e. Server address: 

f. Select SSL for security 

g. Tap Next 

5. Done.
